Recruiter (Global Hiring)

Recruiter (Global Hiring) responsible for end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and regions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will source, screen, assess, and engage candidates through various channels, build and maintain robust talent pipelines, conduct market research and talent mapping, coordinate interview processes, and provide regular hiring updates. The role requires collaboration with hiring managers across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering, and other business-critical teams, with fluency in English and a track record in technology companies, startups, recruitment agencies, or high-growth organizations.
