Job Summary
Own full-cycle recruitment across all Wellis departments, from intake to close, by partnering closely with hiring managers to define sharp profiles and maintain momentum. Drive proactive, creative sourcing beyond waiting for applications while sharpening recruitment foundations through better job ads, outreach, employer branding, and operational rigor like clean pipelines and smart automation. Ensure every candidate experiences Wellis as fast, personal, and professional, enabling hiring managers to make better decisions through stronger data use and process improvements. Report to the People & Culture Lead and work alongside the wider team to build a scalable, human recruitment engine.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruitment experience
- at least 2 years in-house
- Strong across the full cycle: intake, sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and closing
- Confident partnering with hiring managers
- A proactive, creative sourcer who doesn't wait for inbound
- A clear, warm, and direct communicator
- Structured and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with ATS systems, recruitment tools, and Google Workspace
- Genuinely curious about the business and how Wellis works
- Fluent in English and German (C1)
