Job Summary
Lead full-cycle talent acquisition for GBC Food Services, converting approved headcount into accurate requisitions and managing targeted sourcing plans across corporate, field, franchise, and warehouse roles. Coordinate interviews, screen candidates against essential functions and company values, and facilitate selection decisions while maintaining Paylocity as the system of record. Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to clarify scope, manage vendor activity, and deliver recruiting reports on pipeline health and time to fill. Open only fully approved requisitions, prepare offer documentation within compensation parameters, and ensure compliance with EEO, ADA, and FCRA standards. Travel up to 20% for field visits and hiring events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, communications, or a related field
- Three to five years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Responsibility for sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and ATS administration
- Experience recruiting a mix of professional, field, sales, operations, warehouse, food service, retail, hospitality, franchise, or distribution roles
- Experience with multi-state recruiting, staffing agencies, high-volume hiring, and Paylocity or a comparable ATS
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or recruiting certification
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer and telephone
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Ability to travel to corporate offices, field locations, warehouses, retail sites, job fairs, and hiring events as business needs require
- Up to 15-20% travel
- Flexibility for occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends
Desired Qualifications

- Equivalent relevant experience considered
- Experience recruiting a mix of professional, field, sales, operations, warehouse, food service, retail, hospitality, franchise, or distribution roles strongly preferred
- Experience with multi-state recruiting, staffing agencies, high-volume hiring, and Paylocity or a comparable ATS preferred
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or recruiting certification is a plus
