Recruiter

Recruiter position in Gartner’s Global Technology Services (GTS) Talent Acquisition team. Responsible for sourcing, engaging, and attracting top talent for Gartner, managing end-to-end recruitment, conducting deep talent assessments, and driving innovative recruitment strategies. Partners with business leaders, leads stakeholder engagements (intake meetings, updates, debriefs), and advocates Gartner’s value proposition to strengthen the brand. Emphasizes quality of hire, evaluates through throughput metrics, and supports a high-performing, globally dispersed organization. Requires 4+ years of recruitment experience in fast-paced agency and/or corporate environments with a demonstrated track record in metrics-driven talent acquisition; strong relationship management and organizational skills; enjoys developing and executing creative recruiting strategies. Hybrid work environment in Sydney.
