Recruiter

Conduct full-cycle talent acquisition across multiple manufacturing locations, leading intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes for hourly, skilled trades, and professional roles. Partner with site leadership to define hiring needs, manage candidate pipelines via ATS/CRM systems, and leverage labor market data to adjust sourcing strategies. Represent the company at job fairs, schools, and industry events while coaching hiring managers on skills-based selection and interviewing best practices. Travel regularly (25–50%) to assigned facilities for onsite recruiting support and workforce planning. Report to the Director of Human Resources with no direct reports.
