Recruiter - Functional Service Partnerships (FSP)

Job Summary
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent across a variety of functions by managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Leverage proactive sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and consultative partnerships to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes while operating in a metrics-driven environment. Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, ensuring an outstanding experience for candidates and stakeholders while meeting hiring goals and service level expectations. Build diverse talent pipelines and drive efficient hiring processes through targeted recruitment strategies and direct sourcing. This role is ideal for recruiters who thrive in high-volume or client-service-oriented environments such as agency or FSP recruiting and are passionate about delivering results while supporting Thermo Fisher Scientific's mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Degree plus 3 years
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven experience managing recruitment delivery in agency, FSP, or high-volume recruiting environments
- Recruiting experience supporting life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, clinical research, or related industries
- Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets, quality standards, and service level agreements
- Strong sourcing expertise utilizing Boolean search techniques, direct sourcing, networking, talent mapping, and social media recruiting strategies
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, provide market insights, and influence hiring decisions
- Ability to build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Workday experience
- Strong data orientation with experience leveraging recruiting metrics, dashboards, and analytics to drive performance and decision-making
- Excellent stakeholder management, consultation, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly matrixed environment with changing priorities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance requirements, and talent acquisition best practices
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Experience representing organizations at recruiting events, career fairs, networking events, and industry forums
