Job Summary
Recruit truck driver applicants primarily over the phone and schedule their orientation appointments. Assemble and mail promotional materials, occasionally visiting training schools and attending trade shows to promote FFE. Manage applicant data input while demonstrating strong written and oral communications skills. This Driver Recruiter role requires a minimum of two years of college or industry experience and basic PC proficiency. Located in Kaufman, TX, the position offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years college or 2 years work related experience within the trucking industry
- Familiar with industry, state, and federal hiring requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and initiative
- Demonstrate strong communications skills, both written and oral
- Basic PC skills required
- Ability to multi-task
- Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen
