Job Summary
Recruiting Coordinator at Fort Knox supporting the hiring of contact center and IT Help Desk personnel. Responsible for assisting the recruiting team in outreach efforts, owning tracking and reporting of recruiting activities to senior management, maintaining interview records and new hires, attending job fairs and community events, and building relationships with referral sources. Requires a BS/BA degree, at least 2 years of recruiting experience, willingness to travel to recruiting events, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel and tracking/reporting tools. Reports to the Senior Case Manager.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree required
- minimum of 2 years recruiting experience
- Willingness to travel to various recruiting events
- Experience working with community referral sources of disabled job candidates and social service organizations
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Experience with Excel and other tracking/reporting tools
