Job Summary
Source and recruit BCBAs, RBTs, and other ABA professionals using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals. Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with client needs while building and maintaining relationships with clinicians to understand their career goals. Collaborate with clients to define staffing requirements and manage candidate pipelines by tracking progress and maintaining accurate recruitment records. Promote job opportunities, explain benefits, and guide candidates through the hiring process while staying current on industry trends and certification standards. Fully remote position with flexible hours and competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience recruiting in the ABA industry (RBTs, BCBAs, or related roles)
- Strong understanding of ABA roles, certifications, and career paths
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
