Job Summary
Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to define position specifications and recommend sourcing strategies. Source candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, and networking sites while managing recruitment marketing plans. Evaluate applicants against requirements, conduct phone interviews, and assess skills testing results to determine fit. Articulate value propositions, coach candidates on interview logistics, and maintain consistent communication throughout the process. Partner with stakeholders to negotiate offers and drive candidate acceptance while ensuring strict adherence to OFCCP compliance. Provide accurate reporting on recruiting metrics and proactively recommend solutions for search difficulties.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of two or more years' recruiting experience
- Demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting
- Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience using social media tools
- Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition
- Onsite with the client 2-3 days per week in Canary Wharf
