Job Summary
Recruiter role focused on supporting the agency’s talent acquisition efforts with emphasis on clinical positions (licensed clinicians, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners) and short-term staffing needs. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates via job boards, recruitment firms, career fairs, social media, resume databases, and outbound outreach; screening resumes and applications; building and maintaining a candidate network; posting and updating job descriptions; coordinating onboarding and background checks; and collaborating with leadership to ensure a strong talent pipeline, improve the agency’s reputation as a great place to work, and travel to recruitment meetings and career fairs across three counties. Strong experience in human services recruiting, knowledge of ATS/CMS/HRIS tools, and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of human services recruiting experience required.
- A minimum of an associate’s degree is strongly preferred.
