Job Summary
Recruiting Specialist drives full-cycle caregiver recruitment in a fast-paced, mission-driven home care environment. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and ensuring compliance using ATS and CaregiverHub, with virtual interviews via Microsoft Teams and up to 20% travel for recruitment events. The role partners with leadership, supports onboarding (I-9, background checks, credentials), and helps modernize hiring through automation, AI chatbots, and digital scheduling to accelerate time-to-hire across New Hampshire and Maine. This part-time role is onsite at the Care Center with a family-friendly schedule aligned to local school times.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of administrative or customer service experience; recruitment experience preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a metrics-driven environment
- High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; ATS experience a plus
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Ability to support recruiting needs across New Hampshire and Maine
