Job Summary
Experienced Non-Tech Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring strategy for tech and/or non-tech critical roles. Source passive talent, engage and screen candidates for alignment, manage the candidate funnel, schedule interviews, and provide a world-class recruiting experience. Build diverse talent pipelines, collaborate with leaders, and leverage sourcing tools (Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter) to drive hiring metrics in a hybrid role based in Bangalore, India.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of recruiting experience
- Experience with recruiting metrics and data-driven decisions
- Experience sourcing talent at a start-up or agency (prefer technical sourcing)
- Experience supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruiting
- Ability to engage candidates via targeted email and LinkedIn outreach
- Experience with Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
