Job Summary
Recruiter responsible for full-cycle, high-volume sales recruitment for a remote, regional scope within EquipmentShare. You’ll develop relationships with managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications, utilize multiple sourcing sources to build a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates, screen resumes, guide candidates through the interview process to final offer, and help meet KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. You’ll collaborate with the Talent and Onboarding teams to finalize offers, ensure recruiting practices comply with current legal standards, and contribute to future hiring processes and best practices. The role emphasizes relationship-building with managers, proactive sourcing strategies, and data-driven recruitment execution across an assigned region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field
- At least 2+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume sales recruitment
- Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools, and candidate messaging platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed/Glassdoor
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (Greenhouse preferred)
- Ability to travel when required
- Proven ability to develop recruitment strategy and build robust candidate pipelines
- Experience conducting interviews via multiple methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field
