Job Summary
Screen resumes, conduct cold calling, and send emails to select qualified candidates while building relationships with local job seekers. Collaborate with sales managers to draft accurate job descriptions and present qualified candidates to the sales team for client review. Schedule interviews, prepare hiring materials, and work with hiring managers to recommend salary ranges and start dates during the offer process. This entry-level Technical Recruiter role is based in Pittsburgh, PA, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm.
