Build relationships with new and existing job seekers in the local market through job sites, phone calls, and electronic communication. Learn interviewing, negotiating, closing, and onboarding skills within a collaborative team environment focused on solving recruiting challenges. This in-office position offers a base salary of $40,000 - $45,000 with uncapped commission potential for entry-level candidates with a Bachelor's degree and preferred customer service experience.
