Job Summary
Lead recruitment across multiple functions, partnering with leaders and HR to understand staffing needs; manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offers; conduct assessments, interviews, and reference checks; stay updated on market trends; negotiate offers; leverage data to drive process improvements and continuously improve recruitment strategies and candidate experience; experience with high-volume roles and Workday ATS is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or high school diploma with 4 years similar work experience required
- Minimum of 2 years full cycle recruitment experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience recruiting high volume roles
- Experience recruiting in Tunisia
- ATS management experience – Workday preferred
