Conduct candidate and client matching by scheduling interviews, building a candidate pool, and managing job postings and schedules. Act as the primary contact for clients and placed employees, handling cold acquisition, client visits to build relationships and signal commercial opportunities, and processing administration while navigating systems. Advise clients and candidates on content and tone, actively contribute to the growth of the new Roermond location by implementing ideas, and collaborate with the new location manager. Begin with an induction period at the Venlo location to learn organizational systems and colleagues before transitioning to Roermond.
