Recruiter - EMEA

Develop and engage with top talent across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia to promote IOActive as an employer of choice in the security industry. Work closely with the US-based Global Recruiting and Talent Manager and local business leaders to clearly identify and define talent needs and fill them in a timely manner. Provide input on recruiting strategies, tactics, and processes while understanding and consistently engaging with current and past employees, consultants, contractors, and friends of IOActive, including attending security events throughout the region. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for each new hire in the EMEA territory.
