Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly manufacturing and corporate roles by partnering with hiring managers to develop strategies, source candidates through job boards and community partnerships, and manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously. Conduct intake meetings, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and drive timely hiring decisions while maintaining compliance with employment laws. Build sustainable talent pipelines by cultivating relationships with colleges, workforce organizations, and industry associations, and represent the company at hiring events and career fairs. Track candidate progress, resolve delays, and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System. Analyze recruiting metrics including time-to-fill and source effectiveness to improve hiring outcomes. Utilize ATS, AI-enabled sourcing tools, and automation technologies to enhance recruiting efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated ownership of the recruiting process
- Experience recruiting within manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), warehouse, production, distribution, industrial, or similar operational environments
- Previous experience in a high-volume staffing agency, temporary employment agency, or fast-paced recruiting environment strongly preferred
- Strong interviewing, communication, relationship-building, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting technologies, AI-powered recruiting platforms and Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and a passion for identifying and securing top talent
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and recruiting analytics to improve sourcing effectiveness, candidate engagement, recruiting efficiency, and hiring outcomes
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
