Job Summary
Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and GTM roles, managing multiple simultaneous searches while partnering directly with founders and hiring managers to define requirements and compensation strategy. Build the recruiting function from scratch by designing sourcing approaches, candidate evaluation frameworks, and employer narratives to attract top technical talent. Proactively source candidates through direct outreach, technical communities, and referrals to maintain a high bar during rapid growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Proven track record of hiring exceptional engineering talent in competitive markets
- Deep understanding of technical roles
- Experience building recruiting functions from scratch (0→1) or being an early recruiting hire
- High ownership mentality and comfort with ambiguity
- Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
- This role is in-office
