Job Summary
Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting for corporate and operations positions across the United States. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs, drafting detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria, utilizing multiple recruiting outlets (social media, job boards) to source candidates, screening and assessing for technical and cultural fit, guiding interview and offer processes, tracking recruiting metrics, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Requires 2-5 years of sourcing/recruiting experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction, proficiency with ATS such as UKG/Ultipro, Boolean search skills, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Travel for recruitment fairs/events is expected; company sponsors no visa. Benefits include medical/dental/life/disability and 401K; equal opportunity employer. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience may substitute
- 2-5 years of sourcing/recruiting experience within Architecture, Engineering or Construction industries
- Proficient in using ATS such as UKG/Ultipro, job boards, and other recruitment tools
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Occasional day and overnight travel will be required for recruitment fairs and events
- Must be able to work under pressure, to multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
