Job Summary
Recruiter will identify, source, and recruit top talent, conduct in-person and virtual interviews, build and maintain a pipeline through job fairs and networking, source candidates via social media, job boards, and community outreach, develop relationships with local staffing agencies and career centers, coordinate interviews and offers, provide a positive candidate experience, and travel up to 40% as required to attend events and meet staffing needs. Flexibility in working hours may be required for evening or weekend events. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law is preferred. Driver’s license required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience in high-volume recruitment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to travel 30% to 40%
- Driver's license is required
