Recruiter (Contractor) - Community Success Managers (CSMs)

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Community Success Managers, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Schedule interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process. Submit completed requisitions and track metrics on time-to-hire and offer acceptance. This role supports the growth of the CSM team with flexible remote hours and includes an on-call rotation for urgent candidate needs.
