Job Summary
Part-time, contract Recruiter role (100% remote) focused on building a continual pipeline of talent through networking, resume screening, cold calling, ads, job fairs, and campus outreach. Responsibilities include direct recruiting, managing search firms, training managers on networking and recruitment, and supporting HR initiatives such as policy updates and employee development. 3-5 years of recruiting experience required; preference for mixed agency/in-house and freelance/contract experience. Role averages 20–30 hours per week with fluctuating needs. Bachelor’s Degree required. COMPANY IS FULLY REMOTE and operates across 44 states. Salary range is $35-$55/hour (annualized to $72,800–$114,400).
