Job Summary
Own end-to-end recruiting across G&A functions from intake to onboarding, leading structured conversations to clarify role scope and success outcomes. Design interview plans assessing current capability and future scale potential while driving alignment on candidate calibration and decision timelines. Manage multiple concurrent searches maintaining speed and rigor, delivering a high-touch, transparent candidate journey from first outreach to final decision. Serve as a brand ambassador articulating culture and growth story, coaching interviewers on structured practices and applying feedback to improve the hiring experience. Develop proactive sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and networking to build talent pools, partnering with leaders to define target profiles and drive diversity. Act as a trusted advisor providing visibility into pipeline health and hiring risks, supporting compensation conversations and offer strategy in competitive markets. Identify opportunities to improve workflows and systems, contributing to evolving playbooks and metrics that drive better hiring decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Experience hiring across G&A functions (Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, etc.)
- Proven success in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders
- Skilled in structured interviewing and competency-based assessment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in evolving, ambiguous environments
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar recruiting tools
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in CPG, startup, or private equity-backed companies
- Familiarity with California employment practices
