Job Summary
Recruiter (Contract) at CarePros leading full-cycle talent acquisition for frontline Child and Youth Care Worker and Community Support Worker roles. Join a high-volume recruiting environment, collaborating with hiring managers to understand needs, source top talent, and manage interviews, resumes, and compliance documentation. Leverage ATS (BambooHR) to pre-screen and coordinate candidate selection, build strong relationships with post-secondary institutions, and create compelling job postings. Requires knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards Code and Alberta Human Rights Act, a recent Police Information Check, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Role offers a temporary full-time 2-month contract with the possibility of extension and remote work up to two days per week in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Progressive recruiting experience required
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- Proven success in high-volume recruiting
- Demonstrated proficiency with Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) systems, such as BambooHR
- Extensive knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards Code and the Alberta Human Rights Act
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration
- Strong ability to manage the candidate selection process and source top talent efficiently
- High level of self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and adaptability
- Clear Police Information Check (Criminal Record Check) obtained within the last 6 months
