Job Summary
Coordinate the full recruitment life cycle by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing offers while driving customized recruiting strategies for each position. Assist hiring managers in defining job descriptions and collaborate on creating robust processes, market compensation comparisons, and job structure frameworks. Lead key talent acquisition initiatives by sourcing passive candidates, maintaining candidate databases, and providing coaching to junior team members. Manage vendor relationships for SaaS, ATS, and screening services while ensuring compliance with employment laws. Train hiring teams on candidate selection and analyze interview data to recommend process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of talent acquisition and recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting in the Medical Industry required
- Bachelor degree with strong academic track record
- Experience with all Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Hands-on user for Microsoft Internet Explorer and related web-based technologies
- Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision or formal structure
- Previous experience with client relations and experience in HR systems and/or software project management are significant plus
- MUST be results oriented with a focus on execution and delivery
- STRONG reasoning and critical thinking required
- Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance within the organization
- Able to delegate responsibilities effectively
- High comfort level working in a diverse environment
- Open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Healthcare Administration, Human Resources or Business related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Google Applications & iCIMS experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
- Excels at operating in a fast paced, community environment
- Excellent people & time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Skills in the art of negotiation, and comfort managing the entire offer process; including salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptances/declines
- Strong relationship and rapport building skills
- A passion for nurturing relationships both internally with stakeholders and externally with prospects
