Recruiter & Compensation Specialist

Lead full-cycle recruitment by sourcing candidates, developing job descriptions, and managing postings across multiple platforms. Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure strong talent alignment, then coordinate interviews and support hiring managers through the selection process. Prepare competitive offers while conducting compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and job evaluations to maintain pay equity and support annual cycles. Identify workflow improvements and ensure compliance with pay-equity and employment regulations. This 6-month temporary assignment in Downtown Richmond requires a skilled professional to partner with managers on hiring decisions and compensation recommendations.
