Job Summary
Recruiter responsible for delivering service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador, and owning the candidate experience. Responsibilities include leading job scope meetings with hiring leaders, reviewing ATS-submitted applications, evaluating qualifications against requirements, developing sourcing and recruitment marketing plans, sourcing via resume databases and Boolean search, pursuing referrals, engaging candidates through multiple channels, preparing candidates for interviews, providing timely updates, drafting interview templates, applying independent judgment to match candidates to roles, conducting skills testing and background checks as needed, influencing offers with hiring leaders, ensuring OFCCP/EEO compliance, building talent pipelines, and reporting recruiting activity. Requires familiarity with Boolean search, MS Office, HR principles, and experience in talent acquisition; manufacturing or supply chain recruiting experience is preferred. Education includes a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. All information will be kept confidential per EEO guidelines.
