Job Summary
Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruitment at CCRC, supporting staffing needs through job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, extending offers, onboarding new hires, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The role collaborates with divisional leadership, hiring managers, and outreach sources, and may require in-person activities such as onboarding, relationship-building with hiring managers, and attending job fairs. Requires a BA/BS in HR or related field, 3 years of related experience, proficiency with MS Office and an ATS, travel up to 5%, and a willingness to work non-traditional hours in a hybrid, full-time capacity.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in HR, Business Administration, or related field from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years of related experience in high-volume recruitment, outreach, engagement, or similar recruitment activities
- Advanced knowledge of general office procedures and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- 1-year hands-on experience with an electronic applicant tracking system
- Ability to travel up to 5%
- Full-time work schedule; may require non-traditional hours for job fairs and events
- Background checks per program requirements including Live Scan/DOJ Fingerprinting where applicable
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies
- Experience in onboarding, offer extension, and negotiation of compensation
