Job Summary

Achieve or exceed all KPIs using an outcome-focused, high-performance approach. This commercially focused role requires demonstrated experience in cold calling, proactive business development, and advanced relationship management within a competitive KPI environment. You will work within the Salvation Army's Employment Plus network, driving high performance to help over half a million Australians find employment across Australia.
