Job Summary
Source candidates for open positions using external job boards, networking sites, and social media via the Talent Community ATS. Screen and interview potential applicants through text, phone, and live video calls to evaluate viability, while utilizing AI tools to determine best-fit matches. Make verbal offers, send official correspondence, and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers. Maintain accurate candidate statuses and notes within the ATS, providing timely updates to leadership. Meet designated goals and deadlines while gathering market intelligence and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office Outlook applications
- Clear and respectful verbal and written communicator
- Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System
- Experience in using MS Office Excel, Word
- Experience recruiting field retail or field marketing positions
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
- Able to interface with many different levels of management
- Detail oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Adaptable to changes in work and structure
- Dependable and consistent
- Self-motivated and driven; able to remain productive with minimal supervision
- Able to learn new system and abide by HR governances
- Demonstrate a willingness to accept new responsibilities and respond positively to management instructions and direction
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Occasionally carrying and lifting something up to 10 lbs
