Job Summary
Manage the entire life cycle of recruitment for openings across Panama, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica, and Nicaragua, utilizing direct sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent. Foster collaborative relationships with business leadership and HR colleagues to define acquisition needs, implement process changes, and ensure recruitment technology supports efficient execution. Lead transformation efforts in Central America while developing hiring analytics to track effectiveness and quality of hire. Maintain active communication with candidates throughout the process and professionally manage exits. This role supports the broader Latin America Region as needed within WTW's state-of-the-art talent acquisition services.
