Job Summary
Recruiter responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals. Partners with hiring managers to deliver timely, high-quality hires, manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offers), build candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill/high-volume roles, ensure credentialing and compliance with EEOC and healthcare standards, coordinate onboarding and credential verification with Credentialing teams, and maintain accurate ATS data. Represents organization at job fairs and community events; tracks recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency; collaborates with HR and Credentialing teams on onboarding and credentialing.
