Job Summary
Conduct full lifecycle recruiting and sourcing for healthcare and IT services, screening candidates, managing requisitions, and negotiating offers to meet organizational goals. Interface directly with candidates regarding career opportunities, position expectations, and compensation while partnering with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and make salary recommendations. Perform background checks, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments to ensure compliance with governmental and client employment specifications. Maintain accurate documentation throughout the process and support new hire onboarding through follow-up calls. Leverage online resources and in-house ATS to attract diverse candidates and foster affirmative action goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
- 3+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in the medical industry
- Proficient in MS Office to include PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and team members throughout the hiring process
- Sharp interviewing skills with ability to screen and assess talent for both technical and soft-skill qualities
- Must be able to multitask and bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision
- Strong writing and oral communication skills in English
- Understanding compliance requirements
- An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, relationship management and due diligence
- Relevant experience in government contracting recruiting
- Experience recruiting for healthcare personnel and IT services
- As a government contractor, TGTG employees are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19
