Job Summary
Recruiter role responsible for high-volume recruiting for on-site plant positions and related roles in design, manufacturing, and technical service of cooling solutions. Manages end-to-end recruiting process from requisition to offer, including advertising, sourcing, planning, attending recruiting events, networking, outreach, screening candidates, interviewing coordination, and follow-up with hiring managers. Conducts background checks and pre-hire activities (drug testing, online paperwork), assists with New Employee Orientation, maintains applicant tracking system and runs recruitment-related reports. Requires experience with high-volume recruitment, HRIS/ATS familiarity, and strong communication skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus. Certifications such as PHR/SHRM-CP preferred.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years experience in high-volume recruiting
- Experience with recruiting Engineers and Technicians as well as other office positions both hourly and salary
- HRIS and ATS experience
- Associates or Bachelors degree in a business-related field preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
