Job Summary
Drive the full campus recruiting lifecycle for interns and entry-level roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interview logistics, and offer delivery. Build and maintain relationships with college and university career centers, student organizations, and campus partners. Represent Genworth I CareScout at career fairs, information sessions, and other on-campus or virtual events. Engage students and candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle to deliver a positive, inclusive candidate experience. Assist with planning and executing campus programs such as internships, externships, and early career development programs. Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs, timelines, and interview processes. Support employer branding efforts, including campus marketing materials and social media outreach. Analyze recruiting data to identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomes. Travel up to 75% during peak seasons. Actively participate in Employee Resource Groups to strengthen community partnerships that enhance employment brand and campus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of campus recruitment, college / university career services and/or relevant Human Resources experience
- Full-life cycle campus recruitment experience highly preferred
- Passion for engaging students and early-career candidates
- Proven ability to attract passive candidates and build proactive pipelines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects and client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Track record of initiating and driving process improvements
- Willingness to travel for campus events up to 75% during peak campus recruiting seasons
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems a plus
