Recruiter responsible for proactively build and maintain employer relationships, engage job-ready candidates to maximize employment opportunities, and match employers with the right candidates to achieve sustainable employment outcomes. The role requires a proven track record in cold calling and proactive business development, strong time management, high-performance KPI delivery, and advanced relationship management to grow client relationships from small beginnings within a not-for-profit employment services context. The position focuses on delivering high-quality service to employers and participants, with opportunities for relocation benefits and career progression within The Salvation Army's Employment Plus network.
