Job Summary
Screen candidate applications via internal tracking systems and host daily group interview sessions via Zoom. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from application generation to onboarding, including creating job ads, designing recruitment materials, and calling leads to pitch positions. Develop ad strategies to meet hiring goals across multiple projects while monitoring funnel rates and reporting issues. Ensure tax forms are compliant with state and federal laws during onboarding and provide support to new hires. Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate shifting campaign priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Have some experience in recruiting and hiring
- Are a systems-based, people person who is willing and excited to learn
- Have a passion for progressive policies
- Are a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
- Enjoy a fun, fast-paced work environment and are flexible with changing priorities
- Have access to a computer and reliable internet, with strong tech competency, and interest in learning new systems
- Are willing to work occasional evenings and weekends
- Location: This fully remote position can be performed in most of the continental US. However, we are only able to hire people who will be working from the following states: Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
