Job Summary
Field Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruiting of skilled trades and construction professionals in Reston, VA. On-site role with travel, focusing on sourcing, screening, and pipeline development; builds relationships with field teams, attends industry events, and guides candidates through screen-to-hire and onboarding. Requires bilingual Spanish/English and 3+ years in construction/industrial recruiting; utilizes ATS and HR systems; supports high-volume hiring, time-to-fill metrics, and retention initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Experience in high-volume recruiting in trades/construction
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
- Experience with HR systems and Applicant Tracking platforms (ATS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, events, and local networks
- On-site role with travel and field presence
- Experience collaborating with field operations and HR
- Experience in onboarding support and retention initiatives
