Job Summary
Source and evaluate top talent for 23 locations and subsidiaries, leveraging recruiting tools to maximize candidate quality. Influence hiring managers on all decisions and become a company and industry expert. Work with universities to build lasting pipelines and prepare job offers. Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert regarding talent for management. Perform other HR duties as assigned. This role requires 3+ years of professional experience and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Must have highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills
- attention to detail
- ability to work well under pressure in order to achieve deadlines
- Ability to effectively work independently and within a team
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that will lead to strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Desired Qualifications
