Job Summary
Source and evaluate top talent for 23 locations and subsidiaries, leveraging recruiting tools to maximize candidate quality and productivity. Influence hiring managers on all decisions, become an industry expert, and serve as the subject matter expert regarding talent for management. Work with universities to build lasting pipelines, prepare job offers, and handle other HR duties as assigned. Operate on a hybrid schedule with two days in the office and three days remote.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Must have highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure in order to achieve deadlines
- Ability to effectively work independently and within a team
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that will lead to strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the Recruiting field is preferred but not required, we hire for attitude and train for skill
- Strong understanding of social media and quick to adopt emerging technologies
