Job Summary
The Recruiter Behavioral Health is responsible for leading the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for clinical, operational, and administrative roles. The role requires partnering with leadership to understand hiring needs and create job postings that reflect the culture and mission of Balance Treatment Programs. Candidates will be evaluated on their professional qualifications and alignment with the organization's values. Essential skills include strong interpersonal abilities, excellent communication, and the ability to handle confidential information. The position also involves maintaining a proactive pipeline of candidates and ensuring a positive hiring experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Relevant experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to assess both professional competency and cultural alignment
- Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Must have valid California driver’s license and liability insurance
- Customer-service driven
Desired Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in healthcare, behavioral health, or related fields
- Bilingual (specific language not stated)
- First Aid certification
- CPR certification
- Medication training
