Job Summary
Review resumes, screen applications, and select qualified candidates for roles across the organization. Coordinate interviews, post job descriptions, and recommend pay rates based on experience and availability. Collaborate with hiring leaders to identify criteria and proactively fill current and future positions while maintaining communication with new hires to ensure a smooth transition. Prepare weekly recruiting reports, send offer letters, and manage candidate pipelines using applicant-tracking software. Attend job fairs to promote the organization to new graduates. This role requires 2 years of recruiting experience, proficiency with ATS systems, and adherence to HIPAA guidelines. Required Qualifications
- 2 years recruiting experience
- High volume hiring environment experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
- Equivalent work experience to Bachelor's degree
- 4 days a week in office
- 1 day remote after 30 day training period
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Manual dexterity
- Auditory skills
- Visual skills
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
