Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruitment for Direct Support Professionals and other critical positions supporting Beacon's residential group homes. Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, community partnerships, and employee referrals; screen resumes, conduct phone and virtual interviews, and coordinate hiring manager sessions. Extend employment offers and guide candidates through the pre-employment and onboarding process while partnering with operational leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies. Build and maintain talent pipelines, monitor recruiting metrics, and ensure compliance with employment laws and Joint Commission standards. Represent Beacon professionally at hiring events and job fairs to promote our mission and culture. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed. Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and possess a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years of recruiting experience
- One to three years of experience in the HR/Management field, or any similar combination of education and experience
- Must pass criminal background check
- Must possess a valid Driver's License
- Proficient in speaking, reading and writing the English language
- Approved by state, federal and government entities to work within BSLS programs
- Ability to use office equipment, including BSLS information technology systems
- Must be able to communicate and function in an interdisciplinary team
- Strong computer skills utilizing various software programs and applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Ability to work with little daily supervision
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is preferred (in human resources, organizational development, marketing, business, or a similar field is preferred)
- A background in mental health or healthcare is a plus
