Job Summary
Create and post job advertisements for open orders, then source candidates through proactive outreach and cold calling. Interview applicants to vet their fit for specific roles, make recommendations, and schedule interviews. Negotiate employment offers and maintain a robust network of candidates. Utilize Boolean search strings and recruiting software tools to document all communications within the applicant tracking system. Perform these duties with strong computer literacy, clear communication skills, and a commitment to ethical candidate matching.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relatable field of study (business administration, psychology, communications, marketing, etc.)
- Strong computer literacy and experience utilizing common computer software programs
- Exceptional communication skills
- Intuition skills
- Leverageable connections
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university in Business or related field
- two years related work experience and/or training
- knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- ability to write Boolean search strings
- ability to work efficiently, and effectively, in common recruiting software tools provided by the company
- ability to ensure all candidate communication is documented within applicant tracking system regarding candidate phone calls, interviews, emails, etc.
