Job Summary
Own end-to-end technical recruiting for defined business groups in engineering and technical teams in India, including engineering, AI/ML, data, product, infrastructure, design, and security. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and hiring strategies; use recruiting data, funnel metrics, and market insights to inform decisions; identify hiring risks and adjust role scope, sourcing approach, or timelines. Develop targeted sourcing beyond LinkedIn (referrals, technical communities, events, niche platforms); conduct structured assessments and provide evidence-based hiring recommendations; deliver a consistent, timely, and respectful candidate experience across all stages; support offer development and closing by communicating compensation, equity, and benefits. Contribute to TA strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of recruiting experience in product based environment, focusing on technical hiring
- Demonstrated success hiring software engineers and other technical talent in competitive markets
- Experience engaging and closing passive technical candidates
- Practical experience using recruiting metrics and market insights to influence hiring decisions
- Proven ability to partner effectively with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
