Job Summary
Collaborate with hiring managers to plan recruitment efforts, source candidates through resume banks and social media, and screen applicants for culture fit and relevant experience. Coordinate in-person and remote interviews, manage offer coordination with leadership, and facilitate onboarding activities including background checks and orientation. Execute end-to-end recruitment for the Circle of Life Personal Caregiving service line while providing secondary support to other HR functions. Maintain accurate ATS records, build HR reports, and deliver exceptional customer service to staff and community members. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 4:30.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in a Recruitment role
- preferably healthcare or human service related
- working knowledge of strategies related to sourcing, screening, offer generation, and placement
- demonstrated experience of software and applications specific to recruitment including job boards, ATS, and HRIS
- strong multi-tasking skills
- ability to prioritize a large workload
- demonstrated experience in a role where human connection is essential over the phone and in person
- ability to analyze tenure, relevant experience, and apply relevant strategic questioning prior to sitting in person interviews
- Professional and collaborative written and verbal communication
- Time Management and prioritization of tasks and priorities
- Diplomatic problem solving and troubleshooting
- Adaptability to change and operational movement
- Emotional intelligence and regulated approach to completing tasks
- compassion, empathy, and patience when interacting with patients, families, co-workers, and members of the public
