Job Summary
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers to understand organizational objectives and drive customized hiring plans. Source and identify active and passive candidates to build strong pipelines, creating unique strategies from branding and events to sourcing and referrals. Work with a motivated team to maintain a successful offer acceptance rate and manage candidates throughout the entire recruiting process to ensure an excellent candidate experience. Proactively contribute to improving recruiting processes in a fast-growing environment while focusing on diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience sourcing
- Proven track record for closing candidates
- Experience working in multiple markets across Latam
- Ability to effectively partner with Hiring Managers
- Ability to understand the needs of the business
- Ability to connect a candidate with the right opportunity at AppDirect
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Focus on the candidate experience
